Job summary

Kennedy Jenks Consultants seeks a Technical Services Regional Manager to provide strategic leadership across our multidisciplinary technical services organization. This highly visible role aligns resources with project delivery and supports successful outcomes while mentoring current and future leaders.

This position focuses on promoting technical excellence, collaboration, and workforce development across offices, with approximately 25% travel and a salary range of $170,000–$240,000 based on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; master's preferred.
• 10+ years of engineering consulting experience (water/wastewater preferred).
• 4+ years of leadership experience managing supervisors and teams.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Technical Services discipline leaders and staff.
• Manage performance to meet workload demands.
• Align resources with business managers, project managers, and business development leaders.
• Support delivery of complex multidisciplinary projects per Kennedy Jenks' standards and procedures.
• Promote technical excellence, quality, consistency, and continuous improvement.
• Foster collaboration across disciplines, offices, and teams.
• Develop and mentor current and future leaders.
• Support workforce planning and succession initiatives.
