Job summary

Kennedy Jenks in the United States is seeking a Technical Services Regional Manager to provide strategic leadership across our multidisciplinary technical services organization. This role aligns technical resources with project delivery to ensure quality and on-time results.

Based in a Kennedy Jenks office with up to 25% travel, you will mentor leaders, drive workforce planning, and partner with business managers to optimize resource allocation for complex projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of engineering consulting experience, preferably in water/wastewater.
• 4+ years of leadership experience managing supervisors, team leaders, and project teams.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technical Services discipline leaders and staff across electrical, mechanical, structural, CAD, and instrumentation.
• Manage performance of the Technical Services group to match current and projected workload.
• Partner with business and project managers to align resources and priorities.
• Support delivery of complex multidisciplinary projects while upholding Kennedy Jenks standards.
• Promote technical excellence, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Foster collaboration across offices, disciplines, and teams.
• Develop, mentor, and support current and future leaders.
• Support workforce planning and succession initiatives.
