Job summary

Kennedy Jenks is seeking a Technical Services Regional Manager to provide strategic leadership across our multidisciplinary technical services organization. This senior role aligns resources with project delivery goals and drives continuous improvement, talent development, and growth across offices.

You will partner with business managers, project managers, and technical leaders to ensure teams are positioned to deliver exceptional work while supporting long-term growth and succession planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; master’s preferred.
• PE licensure strongly preferred.
• 10+ years in engineering consulting, preferably water/wastewater; 4+ years in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to Technical Services discipline leaders and staff (Electrical, Mechanical, Structural, CAD, Architectural, I&C).
• Manage performance of the Technical Services organization; optimize resources for workload.
• Partner with business, project, and BD leaders to align resources and priorities.
• Support delivery of complex multidisciplinary projects per Kennedy Jenks standards and care.
• Promote technical excellence, quality, consistency, and continuous improvement.
• Foster collaboration across disciplines, offices, and teams.
• Develop, mentor, and support current and future leaders.
• Support organizational growth, workforce planning, and succession planning.
