Job summary

Kennedy Jenks Consultants seeks a Technical Services Regional Manager to provide strategic leadership across our multidisciplinary technical services organization. This highly visible role aligns resources, supports project delivery, and develops future leaders to drive continuous improvement.

The role partners with business managers, project managers, and technical leaders to position teams for excellence while supporting firm growth. Travel about 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field is required; master's degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of engineering consulting experience, preferably in water/wastewater.
• 4+ years of leadership experience managing supervisors, team leaders, and project teams.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to Technical Services discipline leaders and staff (Electrical, Mechanical, Structural, CAD, Architectural, Instrumentation & Controls).
• Manage performance of the Technical Services organization to meet workload demands.
• Partner with business managers, project managers, and business development leaders to align resources and priorities.
• Support the successful delivery of complex multidisciplinary projects while maintaining Kennedy Jenks' standards and care.
