Job summary

Kennedy Jenks Consultants is hiring a Technical Services Regional Manager to provide strategic leadership across our multidisciplinary technical services organization. This high-visibility role aligns technical resources with successful project delivery and growth objectives.

You will partner with business managers, project managers, and technical leaders to ensure teams deliver exceptional work while supporting long-term organizational success.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering; master's preferred.
• Technical Experience: 10+ years of engineering consulting experience, preferably in water/wastewater.
• Management Experience: 4+ years leading supervisors, team leaders, and project teams.
• Licensure: Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Technical Services discipline leaders and staff (Electrical, Mechanical, Structural, CAD, Architectural, Instrumentation & Controls).
• Manage performance of the Technical Services organization to meet workload demands.
• Partner with business managers, project managers, and business development leaders to align resources and priorities.
• Support delivery of complex multidisciplinary projects while maintaining Kennedy Jenks' standards of care.
