Job summary

Kennedy Jenks is seeking a Technical Services Regional Manager to provide strategic leadership across our multidisciplinary technical services organization. This highly visible leadership role aligns technical resources with project delivery and long-term growth, while mentoring future leaders and driving continuous improvement.

The role partners with business managers, project managers, and technical leaders to position teams for exceptional work and compliant delivery across offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; master's preferred.
• 10+ years of engineering consulting experience, preferably water/wastewater.
• 4+ years of leadership experience managing supervisors, team leaders, and project teams.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to Technical Services discipline leaders and staff.
• Manage performance of the Technical Services organization and optimize resources.
• Partner with managers to align resources and priorities for projects.
• Support delivery of complex multidisciplinary projects and ensure design quality.
• Promote technical excellence, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Foster collaboration across disciplines, offices, and teams.
• Develop, mentor, and support current and future leaders.
• Support workforce planning and succession initiatives.
