Job summary

Kennedy Jenks Consultants seeks a Technical Services Regional Manager to provide strategic leadership across our multidisciplinary technical services organization. This high-visibility role aligns technical resources, supports project delivery, and develops future leaders while driving continuous improvement.

The position partners with business managers, project managers, and technical leaders to ensure teams deliver exceptional work and align with long-term growth and success. 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; master's preferred.
• 10+ years of engineering consulting experience, water/wastewater preferred.
• 4+ years of leadership experience managing supervisors and project teams.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to Technical Services discipline leaders and staff (Electrical, Mechanical, Structural, CAD, Architectural, Instrumentation & Controls).
• Manage performance of the Technical Services organization to meet current and projected workload.
• Partner with business managers, project managers, and business development leaders to align resources and priorities.
• Support the successful delivery of complex multidisciplinary projects while maintaining Kennedy Jenks' standards of care.
