Job summary

AMVAC U.S. is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to lead Pest Control, Turf, and Landscape sales in the Northeast region. You will manage end‑user relationships, drive demand with distributors, and work closely with marketing and technical teams to execute national programs.

The role requires strong sales and communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to travel up to 50% of the time. A company vehicle is provided as part of the package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience marketing and/or selling pest control, turf, and landscape solutions in the US.
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets and grow market share.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow pest control, turf, and landscape sales in the Northeast US.
• Manage distributor and end-user relationships and generate demand.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Technical teams on programs and launches.
• Lead product demonstrations to improve market penetration.
• Travel as needed to cover multi-state territory and train partners.
• Provide technical training to customers and market influencers.
