The role combines technical knowledge, field demonstrations, and consultative selling to drive sustainable sales growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in US Golf and Turf with 5+ years with major distributors
• Proven distributor relationships with decision makers
• Experience creating and executing strategic key account plans
• Guide territory managers to align end-use pull-through with distribution initiatives
• Strong sales, negotiation, and financial acumen
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel up to 50%

Responsibilities

• Gain distributor support and drive end-user adoption of AMGUARD in target markets
• Build and maintain distributor and end-user relationships
• Collaborate with Marketing and Technical teams
• Implement national AMGUARD sales and marketing programs
• Develop account-specific marketing initiatives
• Identify emerging segments for AMGUARD with key accounts
• Coordinate product training for distribution customers
• Travel and manage time to optimize high-value deals
