Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B technical sales, OEM sales, or business development.
• Strong technical aptitude and knowledge of engineered products.
• Experience working with international manufacturing, engineering, sourcing, and supply-chain organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies for OEM and strategic accounts.
• Identify, qualify, and develop new OEM opportunities across target markets.
• Build relationships with customer engineering, sourcing, supply chain, and quality teams.
• Review drawings, specifications, BOMs, RFQs, and coordinate internal resources for launches.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, contracts, and supply arrangements.
• Monitor forecasts, product lifecycles, and future sourcing requirements with customers.
• Track RFQs, quotations, samples, design-ins, and production ramps; report risks to management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams.
