Job summary

Cofan Thermal is seeking a Regional Sales Manager - Technical Sales to grow OEM relationships across an assigned territory. You will drive business development, manage key accounts, and advocate for customers with engineering, sourcing, and operations teams.

The role combines technical selling with market strategy, requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver competitive thermal-management solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Business preferred.
• 5+ years of B2B technical sales, OEM sales, account management or business development.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional and account-specific sales strategies across OEM and strategic accounts.
• Identify and cultivate new OEM opportunities in target markets such as electronics, data centers, and aerospace.
• Coordinate with engineering, sourcing, and quality teams to meet customer requirements.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and supply arrangements with customers.
• Track RFQs, quotations, samples, and design-ins; support production launches.
