Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking an OEM Territory Sales Manager to drive technical sales across our OEM accounts from a home-based office in the United States.

You will manage key accounts, develop growth strategies, and partner with engineering teams to align products with customer needs. The ideal candidate has a mechanical or electrical engineering background, 3–5 years of technical sales experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with CRM tools and presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of technical sales experience, with OEM exposure.
• Experience in Motion Control, hydraulics, pneumatics, or robotics is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; willingness to travel up to 60%.
