Qualifications

• 5+ years in industrial maintenance or asset-intensive environments.
• Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
• Familiarity with reliability technologies (ultrasound, vibration analysis, infrared thermography, oil analysis, motor testing).
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills translating technical concepts to business value.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial technology, business, or related field; valid driver’s license; willingness to travel 50–75%.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory sales strategies to generate new business and grow revenue.
• Prospect industrial customers and build relationships with maintenance and operations leaders.
• Conduct technical discovery, onsite assessments, demonstrations, and presentations.
• Manage full sales cycle: pipeline, proposals, negotiations, forecasting, and closing.
• Communicate value of reliability solutions and collaborate with internal teams for customer success.
