Job summary

ProcessBarron is seeking an Industrial Technical Sales Manager to support and grow our presence in the Northeast, with a home-based role preferred in Philadelphia, PA or Southern New Jersey. This full-time position requires approximately 50% travel and focuses on selling engineered solutions, field services, replacement parts, and capital equipment to industrial customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong technical and mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel ~50%.
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete customer relationship and sales process in the assigned territory.
• Develop territory growth strategies and sales plans.
• Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to develop proposals.
• Prepare and present proposals and commercial recommendations.
• Support projects from proposal through successful completion and ensure customer satisfaction.
