Job summary

Solenis is seeking a Business Development Manager / Technical Sales professional to support tissue and towel manufacturers in the North Wales and Northwest region. This permanent role is base remote with regional travel, offering a high-impact customer-facing position within a global specialty chemical company.

You’ll combine industry knowledge with technical and commercial acumen to grow key accounts, develop tailored solutions, and deliver value to customers while collaborating with production

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar technical sales, account management, or process support role within the tissue, towel, or paper sector.
• Strong understanding of production processes and chemical applications.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own territory and workload.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with tissue and towel manufacturers across your region
• Identify new business opportunities and support customers with tailored chemical solutions
• Provide technical advice, troubleshooting support, and process improvement recommendations
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure outstanding customer service and delivery performance
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and account plans
