Vishay Precision Group, Inc. (VPG) seeks a Technical Sales Engineer to drive design wins and grow business in the Northwestern US Foil Division.

You will support OEM customers through the design cycle, provide application expertise, and help build strong relationships with distributors and engineering teams. The role emphasizes technical leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and effective CRM use, with regional travel up to 50-70% and a path to grow within a global leader in precision

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Technical Sales, Field Applications Engineering, or related customer-facing engineering role.
• Experience supporting OEM customers in semiconductor, industrial, aerospace, defense, medical, or electronics markets.
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new design-win opportunities and expand existing customer accounts.
• Execute territory growth plans with Sales and Account Management teams.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineers, distributors, and internal teams to drive product adoption.
