Job summary

Seco Tools in Florida is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to represent our metal cutting solutions across automotive, energy, oil & gas, and manufacturing sectors. This regional role covers West Palm Beach, Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, and the Greater Tampa area.

You will manage end-user and distributor accounts, consult on tailored metal cutting solutions, and travel 50–60% of the time to engage customers and partners.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of successful technical, consultative sales experience in manufacturing or distribution environments.
• Strong technical aptitude with proven experience in metal cutting or manufacturing solutions.
• Ability to work independently in a home /virtual office environment.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow business with both end users and distributor partners.
• Consult with customers to provide metal cutting solutions tailored to their manufacturing needs.
• Develop new business and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts.
• Travel regularly throughout the territory (50-60%) to engage customers and partners.
• Balance technical solution selling with territory planning, sales administration, and reporting.
