Expert Executive Recruiters (EER Global) seeks a Technical Sales Engineer to expand business across the South Central U.S. The role combines technical knowledge, consultative selling, and territory management to win design opportunities and build long-term customer partnerships.

You will grow regional sales, nurture OEM relationships, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to meet customer needs. Travel within the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical sales, field sales, or business development in industrial/technical B2B.
• Established customer relationships and knowledge of the South Central U.S. market.
• Success in new business development, account growth, and consultative selling.
• Ability to explain technical concepts and product value to engineers and business stakeholders.
• Experience with OEMs, distributors and industrial customers preferred.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, relationship management and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout the territory.
• Engineering or technical degree preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.

Responsabilités

• Grow Regional Sales: develop territory strategies, generate leads, expand accounts, hit targets.
• Build Customer Relationships: OEMs, engineers, purchasers, and decision-makers.
• Win New Business: identify opportunities early and secure design wins.
• Provide Technical Support: product presentations, application guidance, design help, troubleshooting.
• Develop Channel Partnerships: work with distributors and partners to expand market.
• Manage Sales Performance: maintain CRM, forecasts, pipelines, territory plans.
• Collaborate Internally: coordinate with engineering, product, quality, manufacturing.
