Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical sales, field sales, or business development within an industrial or technical B2B environment.
• Established customer relationships and knowledge of the Northwestern US market.
• Demonstrated success in new business development, account growth, and consultative selling.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts and product value to engineering and business stakeholders.
• Experience working with OEMs, distributors, and industrial customers preferred.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, relationship management, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
• Engineering or technical degree preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Grow territory sales by developing strategies and achieving targets.
• Build relationships with OEMs, engineers, purchasing teams, and decision-makers.
• Win new business by identifying early development opportunities and design wins.
• Provide technical support with product presentations and troubleshooting.
• Develop channel partnerships with distributors and sales partners.
• Maintain CRM records, forecasts, pipelines, and territory plans.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, quality, and manufacturing teams.
