Job summary

TTI, Inc. in the United States seeks a Regional Sales Engineer to drive design-in opportunities for passive, connector, EMI components.

You will collaborate with regional sales teams and distributors to identify target customers, plan territory coverage, and advance strategic supplier programs. The role focuses on growing the regional business by developing technical product strategies, visiting customers, and enabling design wins while maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least 5 years in electronics.
• Experience in Automotive/Transportation sector preferred.
• Strong product and technical knowledge in distribution.
• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Ability to work from home and travel (~50%).

Responsibilities

• Develops technical product and supplier strategies with leadership, working with Regional Sales teams.
• Generates leads and visits customers to drive design-in opportunities for focus products.
• Monitors activity using CAM and OMS, reports progress to leadership.
• Acts as the primary account manager for key OEM locations in the region.
• Conducts design reviews and educates staff on targeted customers and products.
