Expert Executive Recruiters (EER Global) seeks a results-driven Technical Sales Engineer to expand business across the North Central U.S. The role blends technical knowledge with consultative selling, territory management, and strong OEM relationship development.

You will identify opportunities early in product development, secure design wins, and partner with engineering and manufacturing teams to meet customer requirements. Travel within the region is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical sales within industrial or technical B2B environments.
• Established relationships with customers in the North Central U.S. market.
• Proven success in new business development and account growth.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to engineers and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Grow regional sales: develop territory strategies, generate leads, expand accounts, meet targets.
• Build strong customer relationships with OEMs, engineers, purchasing teams, and decision-makers.
• Win new business by identifying opportunities early in product development and securing design wins.
• Provide technical support: deliver product presentations, guidance, and troubleshooting.
• Develop channel partnerships with distributors and sales partners to increase market penetration.
• Manage sales performance: maintain CRM, forecasts, pipelines, and territory plans.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, quality and manufacturing to meet customer needs.
