Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day field operations throughout the project.
• Manage communication with distributed field teams.
• Organize team schedules, assignments, and activities.
• Monitor project progress, attendance, and KPIs.
• Collect, review, and maintain operational reports and data.
• Identify issues and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Handle escalations and communicate critical issues to management.
• Support field team members with operational questions.
• Ensure processes and requirements are followed consistently.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Maintain records and documentation using Excel/Google Sheets.
• Identify operational risks and propose solutions.
• Adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
