Qualifications

7+ years of progressive experience in field operations or related field-intensive operations.
Experience leading geographically distributed teams across multiple states.
Experience managing third-party vendors, staffing partners, and service providers.
Ability to travel extensively within the United States; Canada travel as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Operations, Logistics, Engineering, Business, Geography, Surveying, or related field.

Responsibilities

Provide operational leadership across a large, geographically dispersed U.S. operation.
Oversee people, operator management, planning and logistics.
Manage vendor, client and stakeholder relationships.
Ensure safety, compliance, cost control, and performance reporting.
