Job summary

TSMG is seeking an experienced Field Operations Coordinator / Operations Manager to support the day-to-day execution of a large-scale field project. You will coordinate field operations, support distributed teams, and monitor schedules and reporting.

The ideal candidate has a background in operations, project coordination, or project management, with strong organizational and people-management skills. Experience managing distributed field teams is highly preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day field operations.
• Manage communication with distributed field teams.
• Organize team schedules, assignments, and activities.
• Monitor progress, attendance, task completion, and KPIs.
• Collect, review, and maintain reports and data.
• Identify operational issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Escalate critical issues to project management.
• Support field team with day-to-day challenges.
• Ensure processes and requirements are followed.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Maintain records using Excel/Google Sheets.
• Identify risks and propose solutions.
• Adapt to changing project priorities.
