Job summary

Zeiders Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Regional Lead to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for TAP service delivery across an assigned region.

You will manage regional staff, ensure VA contract compliance, monitor performance, and cultivate government and community partnerships. The role requires coordinating staffing, conducting site visits, and delivering reports to senior leadership while supporting recruitment and staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in workforce development or related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or project management experience with dispersed teams.
• Quality control experience and safeguarding confidential information.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Ability to travel frequently throughout the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for all TAP operations within the assigned region.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate Site Leads, Transition Counselors, Facilitators, and other regional staff.
• Ensure compliance with VA TAP policies, performance standards, and contract requirements.
• Monitor regional performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve program objectives.
• Conduct site visits, audits, and quality assurance reviews to assess program effectiveness and compliance.
• Coordinate staffing plans, scheduling, workload distribution, and resource allocation across locations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for VA representatives and other stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with military installations and partners.
• Analyze program data, prepare reports, and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of regional personnel.
