Job summary

Zeiders Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Regional Lead to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the VA Transition Assistance Program across a US geographic region.

The role manages regional staff, ensures VA TAP policy and contract compliance, and fosters relationships with military installations and stakeholders. The incumbent will monitor performance, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement while coordinating staffing and training across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in workforce development, career counseling, transition assistance, Veterans services, or related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or project management experience with geographically dispersed teams.
• Experience conducting quality control checks and safeguarding confidential information.
• Knowledge of VA TAP and military transition processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for all TAP operations within the assigned region.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate regional staff.
• Ensure compliance with VA TAP policies, performance standards, and contract requirements.
• Monitor regional performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Conduct site visits, audits, and quality assurance reviews for effectiveness and compliance.
• Coordinate staffing plans, scheduling, workload distribution, and resources across locations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with military installations and community partners.
• Analyze program data, prepare reports, and advise senior leadership on improvements.
