Job summary

Trilogy Federal is seeking a Project Manager - TAP Operations Lead to direct day-to-day nationwide TAP field delivery across 300+ installations and a Benefits Advisor workforce of 250-280 personnel. The role emphasizes staffing, scheduling, field execution, and operational controls.

Remote position with occasional travel; contingent upon award (Dec 2026). You will coordinate field leadership, develop directives, monitor performance, and ensure compliant government operations across VA TAP

Qualifications

Minimum 6 years of relevant experience supporting VA TAP.
Experience managing large-scale, geographically dispersed service delivery operations.
Proven experience leading teams and managing national-scale programs within Federal Government.
Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Direct day-to-day operational execution of nationwide TAP field delivery across 300+ installations and a 250–280 person Benefits Advisor workforce.
Maintain staffing and operational coverage across permanent and itinerant locations, including vacancies and leaves.
Manage regional field leadership, schedules, and priorities.
Develop and issue operational directives and implementation guidance for government requirements.
Monitor staffing, onboarding, and readiness; coordinate new-hire training needs.
