Qualifications

• BS in Accounting or Finance with emphasis in accounting, finance or business administration.
• MBA and/or CPA highly desirable.
• 10+ years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles, preferably in real estate development, property management, or construction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage TAP's Finance Department operations.
• Prepare and administer TAP’s budget and advise leadership on financial matters.
• Submit reports and manage timely draw-downs of accounts receivable.
• Develop and maintain financial systems and procedures.
• Prepare annual fiscal statements and other financial reports.
• Coordinate with independent auditors and manage audit processes.
• Ensure liability insurance coverage and risk management.
• Assist in updating financial procedures manuals and controls.
• Collaborate with external partners and provide financial guidance to TAP staff.
