Job summary

Trilogy Federal is seeking a Program Manager to lead the nationwide VA Transition Assistance Program (TAP). You will oversee a field workforce of 250–280 Benefits Advisors and ensure delivery across 300+ installations, coordinating with VA leadership and DoW stakeholders to maintain schedule, quality, and performance. The role emphasizes executive leadership, risk management, and program governance in a dynamic federal environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of program/project management experience.
• PMP certification or equivalent experience required; or demonstrated growth in scope and complexity of programs.
• 5+ years leading nationally scoped, dispersed programs in Federal government.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive responsibility for nationwide TAP service delivery across 300+ installations and 250–280 Benefits Advisors.
• Lead program performance, staffing, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and contract compliance.
• Manage geographically dispersed workforce to ensure staffing, coverage and continuity across CONUS/OCONUS.
• Serve as senior contractor point of contact with VA leadership, COR, and DoW stakeholders.
• Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Management Plan and related processes.
• Oversee curriculum development, training, analytics, and modernization efforts.
• Ensure quality management and action on QA findings per QASP.
