Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting in healthcare and multi-site settings.
• Proven success recruiting across diverse roles, including sales and niche clinical positions.
• Strong expertise with ATS systems (UKG or similar).
• Collaborator with senior leaders and field operations.
• Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
• Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with social media and job boards.
