Job summary

Mays Home Health is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting across clinical and sales roles for our Home Health and Hospice operations. This remote position requires ownership, proactive sourcing, and collaboration with hiring leaders to move openings quickly.

You will screen for RN/LPN/LVN, clinical leadership, and account executives, coordinate interviews, manage multiple markets, and maintain ATS data while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Healthcare recruiting experience required.
• Experience recruiting RN/LPN/LVN and clinical leadership.
• Experience recruiting sales or business development positions preferred.
• Home Health/Hospice recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Strong sourcing and direct outreach skills.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruiting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for clinical and sales positions.
• Recruit for RNs, LPNs/LVNs, clinical leadership, Account Executives, Clinical Liaisons, and other field-based roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
• Proactively source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Screen candidates for experience, qualifications, compensation expectations, and availability.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely follow-up with candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage multiple openings across different locations and markets.
• Maintain accurate candidate and position information in the ATS.
• Provide regular updates on open positions, candidate pipelines, and hiring activity.
• Coordinate offers and help move candidates through the hiring process.
• Build pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill positions.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and support recruiting efforts across our Home Health and Hospice operations. This position will manage full-cycle recruiting for both clinical and sales positions across multiple markets.

• Experience with Indeed, LinkedIn, ATS platforms, and other recruiting tools
• Ability to manage a high volume of openings across multiple markets
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
