TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Field Talent Acquisition Partner to drive talent acquisition across Syracuse and Farmingdale, NY. You will manage full recruitment cycles for entry-level to leadership roles, using social channels and sourcing strategies to attract top candidates.

You will collaborate with hiring teams, manage ATS processes, and contribute to regional staffing plans while promoting our employer brand and ensuring a high level of candidate experience.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years full lifecycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting entry level, professional, and technically skilled positions.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and an ATS.

Responsabilidades

• Use social networking mediums to promote employment brand messaging and drive traffic to open roles.
• Drive employment branding efforts across region.
• Conduct candidate application audit & review and ensure ATS process compliance.
• Collaborate with hiring teams through full recruitment cycle: recruitment, sourcing, screening, tracking, interviewing and hiring.
• Provide consultative guidance to hiring teams during the selection process.
