Qualifications

• 3+ years of talent sourcing for salaried roles
• Proven ability to source passive candidates for exempt roles
• Experience partnering with recruiters and hiring managers from intake to handoff
• Working knowledge of Workday and candidate tracking/CRM systems

Responsabilités

• Source professional and salaried roles across the organization.
• Partner with recruiters, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers in intake meetings.
• Build role-specific talent maps and target profiles across functions.
• Run structured outreach and pre-screen for fit against criteria.
• Maintain evergreen pipelines for recurring professional needs.
• Track activity in ATS/CRM and report pipeline health.
