Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. in the Syracuse/Farmingdale area is seeking a Field Talent Acquisition Partner to lead regional recruitment across manufacturing and technical roles.

You will source, screen, and hire for entry-level to leadership positions, build employer branding, manage ATS processes, and collaborate with hiring teams to deliver top talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years full lifecycle recruiting experience.
• Experience with ATS and internet resume sourcing.
• Experience recruiting hourly manufacturing roles preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Use social networking to promote employment branding and drive traffic to open roles.
• Drive regional employment branding efforts across NY state.
• Audit candidate applications and ensure ATS process compliance; assist with recruitment marketing, events and requisition closure.
• Collaborate with hiring teams through the full recruitment cycle to source, screen, assess and hire.
• Act as a consultant to hiring teams, making recommendations based on interviews and data.
• Identify market trends in attracting external talent and align with business strategies.
• Develop regional/local sourcing strategies using networking, referrals, boards, internet sourcing, and agencies.
• Report on key hiring metrics to track progress and inform decisions.

At TTM Technologies, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on each individual set of circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:$72,573 - $120,955Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment.
