TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Field Talent Acquisition Partner to drive regional recruitment strategies across our Syracuse and Farmingdale, NY area.

You will manage full lifecycle recruitment for entry to leadership roles, partnering with hiring managers to deliver top talent. In this role, you will source candidates through social and professional networks, maintain ATS compliance, and contribute to employment branding efforts regionally.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years full lifecycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting entry level, professional, and technically skilled positions.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with an automated ATS and internet resume sourcing required.

Mansioni

• Use social networking to promote employment brand messaging and drive traffic to open roles.
• Drive employment branding efforts across region.
• Audit candidate applications, ensure ATS process compliance, assist with recruitment marketing campaigns and events.
• Collaborate with hiring teams throughout the full recruitment cycle to execute strategies.
