Job summary

World Food Programme seeks a National HR Officer based in Cairo to lead talent acquisition, onboarding and contract management for the MENAEE region with potential remote support for 13 countries. Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for MENAEE regional office and country offices.
• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies using modern sourcing techniques.
• Partner with managers to deliver HR solutions aligned with WFP policies.
• Support onboarding, contract management, and learning initiatives.
• Enhance candidate outreach and employer branding across channels.
