Job summary

Unilever is seeking an HR Generalist Assistant Manager to support our people and business leadership in Egypt, Levant & Iraq markets within One Unilever NALI. The role focuses on delivering HR services across the employee lifecycle with a digital-first approach.

You will partner with Heads of Functions, manage employee relations, drive performance, and ensure policy compliance while collaborating with HRBPs, Payroll, Reward and Talent teams to address complex queries.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing end-to-end employee relations cases.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, laws, and procedures.
• Ability to coach leaders and manage performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR partnership to heads of functions and drive team effectiveness.
• Lead on change, restructurings, and compliance reporting.
• Support incident and crisis management for the country.
• Own HR data, metrics, and workforce planning in-market.
• Ensure consistent policy application and local benefits management.
• Guide performance, disciplinary actions, and employee relations processes.
