Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Regional Recruiting Manager to lead a team of Recruiters and Talent Acquisition Specialists spanning multiple states. The role drives a high-volume candidate pipeline into iCIMS for security professional positions, ensuring timely placement and compliance.

You will partner with operations leaders, manage recruiting strategy and budget, and travel 20–30% to meet staffing needs across regions. The position can be based out of Denver or Phoenix.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field.
• 4 years of experience recruiting in high-volume environment.
• Recruiting certifications highly desired (AIRS CIR).
• Knowledge of OFCCP/FSLA compliance and state hiring laws.
• Experience with ATS and talent management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Recruiters and Talent Acquisition Specialists across multiple states.
• Drive results, improve hiring outcomes, and align teams to process goals.
