Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Senior Regional Recruiting Manager to lead a regional team of recruiters and to drive a robust pipeline of qualified security professionals. You will oversee sourcing strategies, ensure compliance with applicable laws, and partner with operations to align recruitment with client needs.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic sourcing, and hands-on management of recruitment metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
• Associate's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field with a minimum of four (4) years in a management role within a large service related private sector organization
• High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of six (6) years in a management role within a large service-related private sector organization
• Minimum of (4) years of experience recruiting in a high-volume, full-life cycle recruiting environment
• Experience with an Applicant tracking system, preferably iCIMS
• Strong sourcing via social media, networks, and online tools

Responsibilities

• Direct all recruiting activities in the region and improve time-to-fill metrics.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, licensing, and employment laws (EEOC, OFCCP).
• Guide hiring managers to engage in iCIMS for timely selection and placement.
• Manage regional recruitment budget and ROI for advertising.
• Collaborate with Operations to manage client expectations and retention.
• Design career development and performance improvement for the team.
