Job summary

Allied Universal in New York, NY seeks a Regional Recruiting Director to lead a team of Recruiting Managers and recruiters across the Northeast region. You will drive high-volume hiring, optimize talent pipelines, and implement iCIMS and AI-powered tools to attract and hire top talent.

The role partners with operations, clients, and hiring managers to improve outcomes, reduce overtime, and enhance candidate experience, while traveling to branches and client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in high-volume recruiting environments
• Experience with ATS, preferably iCIMS
• Experience with recruiting technology and AI-powered hiring solutions
• Strong sourcing using social media, talent intelligence tools and networks
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to tailor messaging to audience
• Ability to build partnerships with hiring managers, operations, and clients
• Promotes ownership, collaboration and continuous improvement in recruiting objectives

Responsibilities

• Direct all regional recruiting activities and implement high-volume processes
• Ensure compliance with contracts, licensing, and employment law
• Lead adoption of recruiting technology and AI tools; ensure timely participation by hiring managers
• Manage regional recruitment budget with marketing for ROI
• Collaborate with operations to manage client expectations and workforce needs
• Hire and train new recruiters and support staff
