Job summary

Allied Universal in New York, NY, seeks a Regional Recruiting Director to lead a team of Recruiting Managers and recruiters, driving high-volume hiring across the Northeast. You will optimize recruiting technology, iCIMS and AI-powered tools, and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

The role partners with hiring managers, operations, and clients to deliver exceptional service, reduce NBOT, improve retention, and enhance the candidate experience while ensuring compliance with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, HR, or related field with management experience or equivalent.
• Experience in high-volume full-life cycle recruiting.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and AI-powered hiring tools.

Responsibilities

• Direct all recruiting activities in the Region.
• Ensure high-volume recruitment process improves time to fill.
• Identify and screen adequate number of qualified candidates.
• Use weekly sourcing tactics and targeted recruiting (College, Diversity, Military).
• Set up Community Sources and wage subsidy programs.
• Lead regional staff meetings and provide training to new recruiters.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, licensing, and employment law.
• Partner with marketing for regional recruitment budget and ROI.
• Collaborate with Operations to manage client recruitment and retention activities.
