Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Regional Recruiter to develop and execute recruiting strategies across a region, ensuring a steady pool of qualified candidates to meet branch hiring needs. Travel and vehicle use are required as you partner with directors, VPs and managers to align staffing plans with business goals.

You will manage applicant tracking, analyze recruiting performance, and help optimize interviewing practices while maintaining high standards of professionalism and communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma (or GED).
• Experience turning goals into action by creating and executing strategies to achieve objectives.
• Must be goal-oriented with ability to interact successfully in unfamiliar environments to accomplish hiring goals.
• Energetic, driven personality with initiative and ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
• Must work independently but accept direction from managers; ability to re-prioritize as needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable integrating applications to streamline operations.
• Ability to create meaningful reports and measurements.
• Must have valid Driver’s License with clean driving record and required insurance.
• Reliable vehicle for travel between recruiting locations.
• Flexibility to travel periodically with overnight stays as needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop recruiting strategies to build an ongoing pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Partner with regional leadership to meet hiring needs and present strategic ideas.
• Develop a Recruiting Toolbox and resources for regional use and consistency.
• Assist in creating policy and procedures for recruiting processes.
• Support branch staff with applicant tracking and posting job openings.
• Analyze hiring data and ROI; produce reports and action plans.
• Review branch hiring and interviewing practices to improve efficiency.
• Assist with in-branch hiring events and peak-time interviewing.
