Job summary

Allied Universal in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Regional Recruiter to develop and execute recruiting strategies across an assigned region, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates to meet branch hiring needs. This in-office role runs Monday through Friday, with a starting salary of $51,500 per year.

Responsibilities include building a comprehensive recruiting toolbox, collaborating with directors and managers, and providing training and support to branches in ATS usage and posting

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma (or GED).
• Proven experience turning goals into action by creating and executing strategies.
• Must be goal-oriented with ability to work in new environments.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop recruiting strategies to build a ready pipeline of qualified candidates across the region.
• Partner with leadership to recruit and meet hiring needs and present expansion ideas.
• Develop and maintain a Recruiting Toolbox of ideas and resources suitable for different regions.
