Michels Power, Inc. seeks a Regional Manager – Transmission & Distribution to lead regional EPC projects, manage budgets and resources, and grow client relationships across the spread of transmission, substation, and distribution markets.

You will drive safety, project performance, and profitability while mentoring project leaders and aligning with our strategic growth initiatives across a geographically dispersed region.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in transmission, distribution, substation construction, EPC delivery, or power infrastructure operations.
• Proven success managing large-scale transmission and distribution projects, programs, and regional portfolios.
• Strong understanding of transmission line construction, distribution system construction, substation integration, project sequencing, and risk management.
• Experience with investor-owned utilities, electric cooperatives, municipalities, renewable developers, or industrial power customers is preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the region.

Responsibilities

• Provide regional leadership and oversight for transmission and distribution EPC and construction projects.
• Manage regional programs, budgets, schedules, and risks.
• Develop customer relationships and represent Michels Power at industry conferences and client meetings.
• Support safety culture and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers, Superintendents, and emerging leaders.
