You will oversee safety, schedule, and quality while coordinating with field teams and executives to deliver complex transmission and distribution infrastructure programs. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in T&D project delivery, strong leadership and client-relations skills, and a willingness to travel to project sites across the

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in transmission, distribution, substation construction, or EPC delivery.
• Proven ability to lead regional programs and portfolios.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing safety, quality, schedule, and financial objectives.
• Willingness to travel within the region and engage with clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide regional leadership for EPC and construction projects across transmission lines, substations, and distribution upgrades.
• Manage regional programs to meet safety, quality, schedule, and financial targets.
• Forecast regional resource needs and coordinate site visits with field operations.
• Direct project management duties and mentor regional leaders.
• Partner with senior leadership to drive regional growth and risk management.
• Represent Michels Power at conferences and client meetings to expand market presence.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, profitability, and change management across the region.
• Promote a strong safety culture and compliance with policies.
