Job summary

Applied Medical is seeking a field clinical specialist to provide surgical case coverage across a multi-state district from Little Rock. You will deliver clinical and technical expertise to surgeons, nurses, and OR staff during live procedures and collaborate with territory sales and district leadership.

Travel is extensive (2-3 states) with a flexible schedule to support urgent case coverage, product evaluations, and staff education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1-2+ years in sales, healthcare, or clinical support.
• Ability to learn complex medical terminology and procedures.
• Willingness to travel extensively across a 2-3 state district.

Responsibilities

• Provide surgical case coverage across accounts within a multi-state district.
• Serve as a district-wide resource for case coverage, evaluations, and absences.
• Deliver clinical and technical expertise to surgeons, nurses, and OR staff during live procedures.
• Partner with territory sales reps and district leadership on sales/service execution.
• Develop relationships with physicians, clinical staff, and hospital admins.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products, techniques, and competitors.
• Assist with staff education, product training, and in-servicing.
