Applied Medical is seeking a field-based clinical support specialist to provide surgical case coverage across a multi-state district in Dallas. You will deliver clinical and technical expertise to surgeons, nurses and OR staff, and partner with territory sales reps to execute service strategies.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and experience in sales, healthcare, or clinical support, with strong communication and relationship-building skills and a willingness to travel up to 50%.

• Experience in sales, healthcare, or clinical support.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to relocate to the position’s location.

Responsabilités

• Provide surgical case coverage across multiple accounts within the assigned district.
• Serve as a district-wide resource for case coverage, product evaluations, and absences.
• Deliver clinical and technical expertise to surgeons, nurses and OR staff during procedures.
• Partner with territory sales reps and district leadership to execute service strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, clinical staff and hospital administrators.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products, techniques, and competitive offerings to support procedures.
• Assist with staff education and in-servicing for proper adoption of devices.
• Maintain records of case activity and customer feedback using reporting tools.
• Travel extensively across 2-3 states (up to 50%).
• Adhere to compliance, quality, and regulatory standards.
