Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• At least two years of branch banking experience.
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for branch personnel on deposits, risk reviews, and exceptions.
• Maintain knowledge of deposit systems and operational procedures.
• Provide training and coaching to reinforce safety and soundness.
• Conduct quarterly cash audits and monthly risk checkpoints.
• Communicate with Regional Banking Managers and Branch Presidents.
• Travel to branches up to 75% and conduct routine visits.
• Develop SOPs, bulletins, and job aids with Training and other departments.
• Participate in M&A activities and branch openings/closings.
