Job summary

Target Indianapolis is seeking a Supply Chain Safety Manager to own and execute the site safety program. You will lead data analysis, hazard assessments, and leadership communication to maintain a strong safety culture.

The role requires strong OSHA knowledge, strategic planning, and collaboration with HR, Sedgwick, and the Claims team to drive compliant operations. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Leadership in safety OSHA standards and risk management.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with root-cause thinking.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Own and ensure execution of the assigned site safety program.
• Lead regulatory visits (OSHA/EPA/Fire) and remediation.
• Develop a strategic site safety action plan.
• Coordinate vendor activities with HR, Sedgwick, and Claims.
