Job summary

Target is seeking a Supply Chain Safety Manager to own the site's safety program, analyze data, and drive a culture of safety across the network. You will work with leadership to prioritize hazards, lead risk assessments, and ensure regulatory compliance across OSHA/EPA requirements.

In this role, you will coordinate with HR, Claims, and external partners, manage audits, and develop strategic action plans for safety at RDCs and distribution centers. Travel to sites will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
• OSHA knowledge required; strong safety background.
• Proven leadership and analytical problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the site safety program.
• Perform data analysis, trend review, and leadership communication.
• Lead regulatory visits (OSHA/EPA/Fire) and remediation.
• Collaborate with HR, Claims, and external partners on safety initiatives.
